1. Introduction Welcome to The British Vein Institute. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • All treatments provided at our clinic are performed by qualified medical professionals.
  • Our services do not replace medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before undergoing any procedure.
  • Treatment outcomes may vary between individuals.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online through our website or Top Doctor website, via phone, or in person.
  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may require rescheduling, subject to availability or shorter appointments.

4. Consultation and Treatment

  • All patients must undergo a consultation before receiving any treatment.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Patients must disclose all medical history, allergies, and medications before treatment.
  • All our patients need to give written Consent before their treatment.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. We do not accept payment by American Express
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Refunds and Complaints

  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 14 days to discuss concerns.
  • Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to our Practice Manager at aga@adsum-healthcare.co.uk

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Patient confidentiality is strictly maintained in compliance with GDPR and UK Data Protection laws.
  • Personal data will only be used for treatment and administrative purposes.
  • We do not share patient information with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.

8. Liability

  • The clinic is not liable for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.
  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
